Refund Policy

We want Wake Up Without the Ache to be genuinely useful. If it is not, here is how refunds work.

Wake Up Without the Ache ($27)

The 30-Night Wake Up Without the Ache Guarantee. Set up your bed the way the video and guide show you, and give it 30 nights. If you don't wake up feeling the difference, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full $27. You do not need to give a reason. We ask that you delete your copy.

Add-ons. If you bought an add-on, the same 30-day refund applies to it.

How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy.
2. Use the subject line "Refund".
3. Tell us which purchase it is for.

We will confirm by email. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Before disputing a charge

If something looks wrong on your statement, please email us first. We can usually fix it the same day, and it is faster for you than a bank dispute.
